1, Symphony:  1）Dance of the Yao People (瑤族舞曲） 5 mins,
2) Tarim Capriccio (塔里木隨想曲），10 mins,

Opening act for the Encinitas Ballet gala

On Saturday, June 10 the “AmeriCal Youth Symphony” of the Friends of We Chinese in America organization performed on their first large scale venue a well-received beautiful rendition of “思乡 (Homesickness)” and “Radetzky March“ by Johann Strauss Sr. The performance was the opening act for the Encinitas Ballet gala, which included a performance of the “The Sleeping Beauty Royal Wedding” by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky featuring local talented international adults and local youth ballet dancers.
